Jeet feels that each client has unique needs and wants. Listening to those needs and wants, and establishing realistic expectations is key to a successful buy or sell experience. Ultimately, for Jeet’s sellers, it means selling their home for the best market price in the shortest time. For his buyers, it means finding a home that not only meets their needs, but acting with integrity in selling the right home to them. And, through both these processes, effective and regular communication with a comprehensive and flexible Marketing Plan is key to a successful relationship with the client.


Jeet is a practicing e-agent and uses a variety of on-line tools and resources to maximize his results for his clients, including new QR codes. He is an active member of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), holds membership with OREA and speaks English, Punjabi urdu and Hindi. He is honoured to hold Awards and Achievement status for all the past years.
